In a first ever tie-up with an educational institute, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) with Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool), MTNL is set to launch two new management courses for Telecom sector.
MTNL-CETTM (Centre for Excellence in Telecom Technology and Management) signed the MoU with the WeSchool this week. The collaboration will result in the programs in telecom management that aim towards developing skills required to meet the growing opportunities and challenges in telecom ecosystem.
One of the two courses to be introduced is the Post Graduate Program in Telecom Management (PGPTM) and Certificate Course in Telecom Marketing and Management (CTMM), the duration of which will be 11 months and 3 months respectively. The courses will be autonomous in nature and the lectures will be given by the centre associated with MTNL and WeSchool together. Placement assistance will be provided to the students upon the successful completion of the course.
